The questions we get most.
Is it really per event, not per month?
Yes. One purchase, one event. No subscriptions, no recurring charges, no “cancel before the renewal”. If you don't host another event, you don't pay another cent.
What if more guests show up than I paid for?
Buy a seat pack from the event settings on your phone — +10, +25, or +50. The store (Apple or Google) processes the purchase in seconds and the new seats appear right away. Packs stack.
Can I switch tiers after I've created the event?
You add packs, not switch tiers. App stores don't let you “upgrade” a one-time purchase, so we use additive packs instead — simpler and more honest about what you're paying for.
Refunds?
Handled by your app store — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google via Google Play's order history. They're generous about it.
Discount codes?
We accept the app store's standard promo codes. The Profile screen has a redemption flow — marked “Coming soon” while we roll it out.

Yes — email hello@posy.camera with a quick note about your organization and we'll work something out.
